Abstract

In terms of encouraging Indonesia’s economic development, one of the major impacts is investment. In the investment sector, there are various tools used to encourage economic growth, one of which is the capital market sector. Questions still arise about the Indonesian population, which is actually predominantly Muslim, investing in the capital market. Then the Sharia capital market was born, which is a capital market or (place) that applies to Sharia law in economic transactions and without any elements prohibited by sharia law, such as usury, maisir (gambling) and gharar (ambiguity), and speculation, including the types of commodities traded. Violating Sharia law. Currently the development of the Islamic capital market is very significant and increases every year.
