IMPLEMENTASI PEMASARAN PRODUK MUDHARABAH BERJANGKA (DEPOSITO) PADA BMT AL-IKTISAB JATIM CABANG AENG NYONOK

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the implementation of a Time Savings Product using a mudharabah contract at KSPPS BMT Al-Iktisab East Java Branch Aeng Nyonok Banyupelle Palengaan Pamekasan. The method used in this study is qualitative with an empirical juridical approach. Data collection techniques in this study used primary and secondary data sources obtained through observation, interviews and documentation techniques. Primary data were obtained from key informants to obtain valid data. Secondary data is supported by literature review. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Term Savings Product at KSPPS BMT Al-Iktisab Jatim Branch Aeng Nyonok Banyupelle Palengaan Pamekasan is in accordance with Sharia principles. The implementation of the mudharabah contract in Time Savings Products and the distribution of profit-sharing ratios between members and institutions are in accordance with the provisions of the MUI Fatwa. Meanwhile, the distribution of profit-sharing ratio between the Central and Branch BMTs was the same. The percentage of profit sharing ratio is calculated for a period of one month, three months, six months, twelve months, and twenty four months for time savings in BMT.
